ABOUT ECLIPSE

Darling Demon Eclipse (who goes by Eclipse, Catie or Catherine) is an artist, TTRPG designer, streamer and journalist from Long Island, New York. She has a Bachelor’s in Journalism and a Master’s in Higher Education Administration.

She is one part of You Are Beheld, an international creative collective creating sincere, queer art. Her game design work focuses primarily on lived-in worlds and kink, and the places those aspects cross over.

She’s best known for her work-in-progress fetish fantasy heartbreaker Sapphicworld, which was written up in Gayming Magazine, and combines modern queer sex culture with Kabbalist apocrypha and reinterpreted, queered hinterland mythology.

Beyond Sapphicworld, Eclipse is always cooking up something strange. Her collaboration on magical realism horror TTRPG WE LIVE FOREVER (And We Love To Live) continues to pull the attention of the furry and transformation communities through its exploration of change, bodies and sex. In 2024, she launched a successful Kickstarter for her alien romance game Biotrophication, which explores themes of bureaucracy, intelligent life, capitalism and petplay.
